I absolutely love this IPOD Touch, I can download movies with cucusoft.com, besides the ITunes movie download and also can download my own produced family movies.

The music and the easy access to ITunes is the best! I just can't stop playing with it. I take it everywhere I go.

The picture quality is awesome and I also upgraded my earphones to BOSE and now feel like I have the ultimate machine!

Get yours! don't waste any time!!!

Nice design, BUT limited functionality for the cost.......2007-12-25

This is a really nicely design piece of TOY. But the screen is unnecessarily big for song browsing, and way too small for web browsing. It is missing the Mail application where this device would be most functional in WiFi covered areas. Web pages look cool to browse at the beginning, but after few weeks, it becomes eye-hurting to browse full pages. Provided UN-upgradeable 16 GB flash memory looks large enough at the beginning, but it can hardly store few thousand songs and couple of videos let alone video podcasts. However, credit to Apple, I know that as of today nand-flash memories are limited in size and pricey. So I guess we have to wait for pricing and storage issues, but what about the mail application. Apple could have easily squeezed it in without extra cost. This is simply business strategy to push iPhones as much as possible.

It is worthed every penny if it is sold for less then $250 (for 16 GB version) or $150 (for 8 GB version).

So, price to functionality ratio is low. But this is a great TOY...

Why download from itunes worthless songs when you can download from Amazon and get MP3's and use them on ANY player. Yeah I will buy proprietary products and be forced to use garbage software.
Why buy proprietary junk? read below you have great options for great movie and mp3 players.
Amazon you have done a serive to these Mac users. You taught them that they are the ones buying junk ipod products. People read and listen, you have a choice. Do not buy apple products they only work with other apple products and since apple has about 5% of the market.... Oh yes for you, NBC cut it over to their website and opened it up to the rest of the 95% of the market. So they have not lost anything, they have made more money
That is what you get for buying worthless ipods and Apple products. Apple is proprietary and that is why the Amazon Unbox does NOT support it. The .wmv files can be played on a lot of software, such as Toshiba, Creative, iRiver, Archos, Zune, and any player that is playsforsure. As with the ipods and apple files, .m4p's, can ONLY be played on Apple software.
It has not gotten old hearing people just like you complain about spending a lot of money for nothing! LOL LOL LOL

Ipod Touch--Excellent product!!!Have nothing but good things to add about it. I also own a ipod mini (when they first came out), a classic, a nano, etc. and by far this definately exceeds all of them. Very easy to use, has all the features of the other ipods and more. Very clear pictures and videos, great product!!!!

Fantastic sound!.......2007-12-21

Shortly after I got my iPod a year ago I bought a cassette adapter so that I could play my iPod over my car stereo. The sound quality was laughable! After that experience I was put off by the negative reviews for all of the FM transmitters for the iPod and decided to simply use my ear buds in the car.

I finally got tired of that and decided to buy this Belkin FM transmitter. WOW! I wish I had bought this a year ago! Most of the time the sound quality is as good as listening to a CD. There is just a tiny bit of distortion every so often, and I don't know if it is because of the FM connection or if my speakers are starting to go.

Maybe this works so well for me because my antenna motor is broken and my antenna is usually down, so I get less interference from radio stations. But this has been the best iPod accessory I've bought so far!

For those who are curious or need the additional info, the TuneFm has a 5-pin mini USB port on it. So you can even use a Motorola phone charger (like the one issued for the RAZR) to charge the Ipod when connected to the TuneFm. I lost the original car charger that came with it, so I just got a Motorola one off Amazon for $8. Done.

The device works great for an FM Transmitter. As others have noted, it does have to be real close to the FM tuner (on the dash of your car or right on top of your stereo) but it does work quite well.

I was hoping for more.......2007-10-11

After reading several reviews of the TuneFM, I was excited about the prospect of listening to my iPod Nano in my car. But I've been pretty disappointed by the product's quality. Even when I can find a frequency that is interference-free, the quality of the sound is pretty bad. Not even FM-quality, in my opinion. Maybe I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up.

I was completely let down by this product. From what I read it was supposed to be a great tool to get your IPOD to play music over the radio in your car. After searching almost every station for better reception, none worked with crisp clear sound that would come from tuning into a radio station. Lots of static, thats about all I got. Waste of money! I will update my car stereo with a input jack instead of wasting more money on a similar solution.

Good all around FM Mod........2007-08-30

Good product. signal sometimes not great, but usually good. when using it's scan feature, easier to find a good station. works good in my wife's Santa Fe, not as well in my Explorer as I had hoped. I can use it in the house, and in the garage. also handy that it's a mini USB connection, as I can use other chargers to power/charge the unit.

Targus DVD001 - Love it!.......2007-12-15

This review is for the Targus DVD001 case (inside, according to Targus, is 12" x 2.5" x 9.5"). I bought this over a year ago to use with a small 12.1 inch laptop (11.75 by 1.5 by 8.5). The laptop fit is snug with room for 1 or 2 rows (2 each) of standard DVD cases on top. So as long as you are looking at the DVD001, then you can be sure it will hold players of like size. However accommodating accessories like power supplies, might still be an issue. The side pocket will, at a stretch, accommodate the power supply, as long as you don't mind the bulge and don't intend to use the DVD slots. If you find that an issue you might want to aim for 14" laptop cases instead.

Targus has discontinued the DVD001, so get it while you can. Targus doesn't make anything in the 13' size anymore.

Great value and quality..........2007-10-01

The Targus DVD001 13 Portable DVD Player Case was exactly what I was looking for. It is an attractive bag and very functional. One of the features that I enjoy is the strap for long carries in large airport terminals. The padding on the strap has elastic characteristics that provides a very comfortable fit. The storage space with the various compartments was also surprising and accomodates all of the accessories that came with my Panasonic 9 inch player. Not only that, but the main compartment also allows a pair of Sony noise cancelling headsets that I got for listening on a noisy plane ride. The headsets twist sideways for a flat profile and are able to fit on the top of the player when it is strapped in. It's a tight fit, but works very well. Overall, it is a bag that will provide effective carrying of your player, accessories, several DVD's or CD's (22 total) and even note pads, pens, boarding pass or flater items in its front and back compartments.

Barely functional.......2007-12-25

This a flimsy excuse for an .mpg player. It feels cheap all over. The documentation is paltry, and the company says explicitly that they WILL NOT support it. The software is cheesy looking and does not come with any program to convert files to *.mpg. So you have to get that elsewhere if you want to move anything off CDs to the player.

This sells for 9 dollars at Macy's, which is about all it's worth. Maybe forget about using it for music, and just use it as a 1 gb external hard drive - then the 9 dollar price isn't too bad.
