The leather case is nice. Designed for camera storage only inserted one-way. Coated metal neck strap was the selling point for me.

Useful package though a bit overpriced.......2006-07-03

I'm glad I purchased this accessory kit for my new Canon S80--the extra long lanyard allows one to carry the camera in an easily accessible way while hiking. And having a second battery is invaluable. The case is leather and fits snuggly--it is useful for protecting the camera when it is carried in a purse or backpack, but I am finding I set it aside when I'm on the move taking pix.

Case doesn't fit.......2006-05-16

I don't know what case others got, some have said "too tight" but mine was very loose. The camera is swimming around in the case, easily half a centimeter of clearance. Not recommended. Just buy the battery and wait for someone to make a good aftermarket case.

Save Your Money.......2006-04-26

Rated one star for the lack of value.

You can buy the same Canon brand case for under $14 and a higher capacity, IMHO better, albeit non name brand, 1200mAh battery for under $10 from Amazon. The neck strap is not worth the difference.

Overall Good, but Too expensive.......2006-03-25

Without a metal strap, I am more satisfied. It is too expensive in comparison with other alternative products. You can buy each product with low budget if you can ignore brand name value.
However, the leather case is a must. I recommend you to buy it separately in Amazon.com. Canon Battery I just purchased is good. I bought it because of name value. You can not lose anything with other compatible products.
