This is an absolute piece of junk. I would score it with MINUS stars if I could. I purchased one for my wife for Christmas, 2006 and shortly afterwards, it stopped working. My wife sent it in for repair at our expense, and it has already stopped working again. To add insult to injury, Audiovox now insists that we pay for repairs, and this is only April.
I will NEVER buy an Audiovox product again.

Good picture but bad sound!.......2007-01-22
This DVD player has good picture quality and a large screen but the sound is not so good. I had it turned up full blast on an airplane trip and still could barely hear the sound. It just does not get loud enough! The battery life is short and you cannot watch a video and charge the battery at the same time. I would recommend a different brand if you are going to spend the money on a portable DVD player.

I use this item all the time and love it. The picture is great and sound is great quality. I read alot of reviews before purchasing this item and for being inexpencive, it is great quality. I would definatly recommend this item!!

SL30 to replace the Siemens 4200 Series Handset.......2007-08-18
I purchased the SL30 two reasons .. 1) because it's fully compatible with my Siemens 2415 GigaVoice system AND 2) It has provisions for an earpiece/mike attachment. I'm keeping the 4200 Handsets for the rest of my home, but for my personal use when I must handle a LOT of telecons I use the SL30. It works quite well. It's a bit small for my hands as are most other cell phones but it's GREAT for the reasons I mentioned. It's about 1/2 the size of the 4200 series but it's sound remains pretty good; not quite as good as the 4200 but quite acceptable. So if you have the 4215 Series wireless AND you want the capability of earpiece/mike operations. BUY IT!

This is the second handset I have purchased to complement the series. Would definately buy another one, handset is small, reliable and versitile when used as an intercom sytem.

It is important to note that this is not a stand-alone phone. It requires another Siemen's base phone in order to be operational.
The phone is extremely small, think small cell phone small. I do not find the buttons too tight to use. However, my husband (and his larger fingers) does have a little difficulty with the size of the buttons.
The voice quality is very clear and the headset is very useful. I also appreciate how lightweight the phone is when I am using the headset and have the phone in my pocket or clipped to my belt. The phone seems to be well made as it has been dropped on the floor from a table several times and suffered no damage.
If you are like me and use only cordless phones in your home get an UPS (uninterruptible power supply) to hook up to the base system. I was surprised when my power went out and I didn't have a working phone system a few years back. The UPS system took care of the problem with the next power outage.
I strongly recommend this product. It functions as advertised. Be certain to look at the dimensions before you purchase. It is a very small phone, probably smaller than you expect it to be.
